These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Abundant Life Home Care (“ALHC” or “Agency”) to clients (“Clients” or “You”). By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
- **Services Offered:**
ALHC provides in-home care services including but not limited to personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance.
- **Eligibility:**
Clients must be legally eligible to receive home care services and must provide accurate information regarding their medical history, needs, and any relevant documentation required by ALHC.
- **Care Plans:**
Care plans are tailored to meet the individual needs of each Client. These plans are subject to change based on assessment, client preference, and medical requirements. ALHC endeavors to accommodate client preferences to the best of its ability.
- **Fees and Payments:**
Fees for services are determined based on the type and duration of care required. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before services commence. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
- **Cancellation and Refund Policy:**
Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges. Refunds for prepaid services will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, outlined in our service agreement.
- **Confidentiality:**
ALHC respects the privacy and confidentiality of its Clients. All personal and medical information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
- **Compliance with Laws:**
ALHC operates in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the provision of home care services.
- **Quality of Care:**
ALHC is committed to providing high-quality care to its Clients. In the event of any concerns or complaints, Clients are encouraged to contact us promptly for resolution.
- **Liability:**
ALHC assumes no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by Clients, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- **Changes to Terms:**
ALHC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
